Prestige Care Center of Fairfield is seeking a Full-Time floor technician person.
Performs tasks / duties as assigned, including but not limited to floor cleaning, shampooing, also could include installations, repairs, and routine maintenance involving: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), drywall, painting.
Ensures all OSHA, fire safety, and other regulatory standards are followed at all times
Inspect buildings and grounds regularly for compliance with local, state, and federal codes, ordinances, and safety regulations.
Maintain records of inspections, work performed, and costs.
Interact appropriately with residents and families and staff
