A Certified Nursing Assistant's Job Responsibilities:
Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary and ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; bathing, dressing, oral cares, reporting to charge nurse any changes in condition (falls, wounds, mental status) providing fresh water/nourishment between meals, and documentation of all cares provided.
