LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings and possess a strong set of nursing skills.
Duties: - Perform nursing procedures such as catheterization, tube feeding, and vital sign monitoring - Provide care in home care settings, assisted living facilities, and other medical environments - Assist with coding and documentation using ICD-10 standards - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care - Handle emergency situations effectively, including in the ER setting - Conduct assessments and provide patient education - Specialize in areas such as ophthalmology and lift assistance Qualifications: - Valid LPN license in the state of practice - Proficiency in ICD-10 coding and medical terminology - Experience in various healthcare settings including home care, assisted living, ER, and ophthalmology - Ability to catheterize patients when necessary - Skilled in vital signs monitoring and tube feeding procedures Join our team of healthcare professionals where you can utilize your nursing expertise to make a difference in the lives of patients.
