LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients.
Responsibilities: - Administer medications and assist in procedures as directed by healthcare providers - Conduct patient assessments and provide direct patient care - Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using eClinicalWorks or similar software - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality - Perform venipuncture and collect laboratory specimens for testing - Assist in sterile processing techniques as needed - Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans Requirements: - Current LPN license in the state of practice - Strong knowledge of medical office procedures and patient care standards - Proficiency in eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems - Ability to perform venipuncture and other basic medical procedures - Excellent patient assessment skills and understanding of human physiology - Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred Joining our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while working in a supportive healthcare environment.
