Objective:
The primary objective of the OEM Production Manager is to manage overall production operations for the facility and for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, KPI’s and safety measures as established and set by the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Assess and analyze departmental budgets to ensure adherence to facility approved budget whilst reviewing processes to minimize expenses and optimize profits
· Maintain stock controls in line with customer demand and facility fiscal budget
· Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals
· Oversee Customer Service, QEHS and administrative/support departments and personnel
· Ensure on-time delivery to customer
· Ensure adherence to ISO standards
· Oversee HR/QEHS responsibilities and initiatives and ensure adherence to Company Handbook, Policies, Procedures, local legislation, etc.
with guidance from HR Manager
· Identify potential problems and points of friction and work to find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue
· Manage relationships with clients
· Manage client pricing files
· Work closely with OEM Production Manager to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and follow through with implementation (final approval of documents may be required by Safety, Engineering, etc.
)
· In conjunction with HR recruit, select, train, assign, counsel, etc.
operational support employees
· Additional duties as assigned

Role Requirements:
· Basic math comprehension (fractions, add/subtract, division, multiplication)
· Read/write English
· Highschool diploma or equivalent
· Previous experience in Hydraulics preferred
