Ready to join us? SUMMARY This position is responsible for providing financial analysis and guidance in partnership with the cross functional team that is focused on profitably growing the Enterprise Vinyl business.
Team members in this role will be focused on specific brands and material types and will have a high degree of involvement with company personnel across all functions and levels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

General Management Responsibilities Partner with the cross functional general management team by providing financial analysis, insights, and decision-making support to drive profitably growing the business.
Responsible for updating and improving the margin walk files that will be used to drive near term forecast and budget targets as well as the five-year outlook for margins.
Responsible for partnering with the cross functional team to develop, present, and monitor business cases.
This includes performing cost and margin analyses, making price recommendations and governing capital and engineering / marketing expenses in alignment with approved investments.
Partners with the cross functional general management team to provide intuitive and actionable revenue and cost metrics that drive action and accountability.
· Responsible for the preparation and review of cost estimates on new products and changes in existing products working with Product Management, Manufacturing and Engineering resources; including those areas identified in the Finance module of the PPM process.
Responsible for monitoring costs associated with new products, major product design and/or manufacturing method changes and other major cost factors which will significantly influence material type profitability, with a focus on the assigned material type(s).
Ensures that this information is communicated to management in an understandable and actionable manner.
Functions as a key business partner as we work through budgeting, forecasting, and actual reporting for one or more functional SG&A teams.
Lead transformational efforts of financial and other processes, in alignment with the overall Enterprise Vinyl strategy and vision.
Delivery of Enterprise Business processes in support of the agnostic manufacturing vision.
Additional Finance Responsibilities Responsible for various analyses, reconciliations, journal entries, budget uploads, etc.
in support of the Residential Operations business.
These may include but are not limited to product warranty calculations and projections, R&A and COQ reporting, and SG&A expense breakdowns.
Responsible for partnering with the corporate and operations accounting teams to establish budgets and forecasts as well as report on actual financial results.
A key element of this will be connecting our business partners to the results, where we are gapped vs.
expectations, and what actions we need to take as a result.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position will directly supervise up to 5 direct reports, primarily at the analyst and senior analyst level.
This individual will also have indirect reporting relationships and partner with other Finance, and General Management personnel to support the business.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B.

) from four-year college or university; and 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, financial reports, legal documents, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from top management, groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS Word, Excel, Power Play, Oracle, and Power Point.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS CPA and/or CMA a plus.
