Immediate Fulltime opening for 2nd Shift Campus Director at American Home Finding Association's Group Home facility in Agency, Iowa.
Bachelor Degree required, Master’s preferred.
Specific duties include supervision of the residents.
Supervision of staff which includes bi-weekly meetings with assigned staff and management team.
Will be in ratio at shelter facility, but responsible for managing and providing leadership campus wide.
Responsibilities include;
· Upkeep and assistance with files
· Supervision of staff and residents
To assist as needed in supervising the living activities of each resident within the facility.
Know at ALL times, where each resident is supposed to be, and closely monitor behaviors within the facilities and out in the community.
· Ensure the maintenance of the automobiles and equipment.
Provide routine inspection and upkeep of all facilities.
Ensure all fire, tornado and emergency drills are conducted in a timely manner and as directed.
· On-Call rotation
Hours are 2:00 PM- Midnight, Thursday-Sunday for 3 weeks with 4th week Monday-Thursday, 40 hours a week.
