*Assistant C-Store Manager*

Elliott Oil Company is currently seeking an Assistant C-Store Manager who will support the C-Store Manager in the daily operations of the convenience store.
The Assistant C-Store Manager will supervise employees, provide exceptional customer service, and help carry out the directives of the Store Manager and Elliott Oil Company.
_*Assistant C-Store Manager Responsibilities and duties (what you’ll do):*_
Supervise and direct activities of other store employees o Including training and ensuring compliance with required regulations and requirements
Ensure that there is excellent customer service o Provide courteous and prompt resolution of employee and/or customer issues
Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
Maintain inventory and stock levels
Merchandising and stocking product
Ensure high level of cleanliness
Perform computer entry and paperwork o Proper entry of invoices into system
_*Assistant C-Store Manager Qualifications and skills (what we’re looking for):*_
High school diploma or GED required
Prior retail experience, one year experience supervising in a retail operation preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
