Spray Equipment & Service Center is looking for a Branch Manager for our Pella, Iowa branch.
This position is responsible for all customer support, parts management and administrative functions at the branch location.
This position reports to the Director of Operations in Wichita, KS.

*Essential Functions*
* Manages the parts inventory at the branch, which includes ensuring purchase orders are accurate, parts inventory is accurate and well organized and achieving inventory turns goals.
* Ensure all customer inquiries received at the branch are handled in a professional and timely manner.
* Identifying dead stock.
Coordinates the return of parts to vendors or scrapping of absolute parts.
* Supervise or directly handles the processing of all customer parts purchase orders received at the branch.
* Supervises and directs the activities of the service technicians based at the branch
* Hires, trains and supervises all non-sales personnel at the branch.
* Ensures branch personnel are cross trained to maintain staffing levels and the flow of business.
* Ensures the branch facility has adequate security and is well maintained.
* Responsible for the overall condition and maintenance of all company owned vehicles assigned to the branch.
* Responsible for providing support to the sales staff for technical information, troubleshooting, expertise, parts or service required by a customer.
* Researched and resolves customer questions or complaints and ensures resolution in a timely manner.
* Ensures all administrative tasks are completed in accordance with company operating procedures.
* Other duties as requested or assigned.
*REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE*
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Two years’ experience in customer service or parts management role is preferred.
* Experience in the paint finishing industry is a plus.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Good verbal and written communications skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
* Ability to resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
