Director of Operations – Trio Entertainment Venue
Trio Entertainment Venue aka Trio is a new and one of a kind entertainment venue.

Trio Entertainment Venue has something for everyone! The Director of Operations will monitor the daily operations of the business as a whole.
The position requires a multi-unit experienced individual who can interpret the P&L and understands the parameters of operating within the budget.
This individual will communicate and supervise many teams within the business, uphold the policies, ensure that all departments not just meet but exceed their budgets, track the cash flow of the business and set the future goals for each department.
The Director of Operations will also be responsible for ensuring that inventory levels are assessed and ordered appropriately for current business needs for all facets of the business which include: a bar and grill, concession stand and general merchandise sales area, three screen movie theater, three golf simulators, four pickle ball courts, and two tennis courts.
While the success of the business is your responsibility, you will need to delegate many tasks to your team and must have the ability to successfully coach a winning staff.

The Director of Operations will ensure that the company and staff are operating with the highest standards for quality and safety and within the State of Iowa’s parameters of safe service of food, alcohol, and, of course, fun.
Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and managing new staff will additionally be a key part of this role.
The Director of Operations should continually develop the team from within so that the company can continue to grow with talented, seasoned leadership.
Because this is a greenfield business, the opening Director of Operations will have a large hands-on role in the start-up of the business, including, hiring all levels of staff, assisting with training each staff member, organization of documentation for the venue, organization of initial safety infrastructure including ensuring all employees have appropriate certifications necessary to work in our industry in Iowa, ordering materials that will be used within the venue, receiving in materials and organizing materials within the venue for future use, working with Chef/Kitchen Manager on menu items and costing, marketing, working with management (Evolve Hospitality) to ensure a smooth and proper opening, and much more.
