Clinic Scheduling Supervisor

POSITION OVERVIEW: The JCHC Clinic Scheduling Supervisor assumes management responsibility for the day-to-day operations of scheduling and registration of JCHC Clinic, in accordance with hospital and departmental standards and policies.
Recommends and implements changes to improve access to and delivery of services.
Requires independent judgment and utilizing knowledge of hospital and corporate procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma is required.
Associate degree preferred Skilled in MS Office software, professional written and verbal communication, and decision-making Experience in a health center, medical facility or physician’s office is preferred ACCOUNTABILITY: Reports to Clinic Director DIRECT REPORTS: Clinic Scheduling Representatives Location: Jefferson County Health Center · JCHC Clinic Schedule: Full Time, Days, Monday-Thursday 8:00- 5:00, Friday 8:00- 4:00
