*Job Description*
The Director of Emergency Services is responsible for clinical and administrative leadership in the Emergency Department and Ottumwa Regional Mobile Intensive Care Services (ORMICS).
They will implement the vision, mission, plans, and standards of the organization and nursing services.
Key responsibilities include policy formulation, quality care evaluation, staff supervision, coordination with other health care disciplines, and maintaining hospital trauma program standards.
*Other Qualifications*
* Education: Baccalaureate degree in nursing or related field, or AD in nursing with equivalent competencies and enrollment in a baccalaureate program.
Master's degree preferred.
* Experience: 3-5 years in related clinical practice with a minimum of 1-2 years in a clinical leadership role.
* Certificates/Licenses: Current RN license in the state of Iowa, current certification in BLS, and must obtain ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications within specified timeframes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.
