The Musco Marketing Team is currently seeking a Cooperative Contract Specialist to work from our Oskaloosa office.
This position will focus on making strong logistics decisions related to Musco technicians performing work on Musco projects, including the coordination of schedules with customers, vendors, technicians, and the internal Team.
The ideal Team Member is a detail-orientated problem solver, who enjoys a diverse work load, and values customer service.
What you will do as a Cooperative Contract Specialist: Be a resource to customers and the sales team on utilizing cooperative contracts Understand the customer – maintain an understanding of customers' preferred ways of purchasing projects Build Musco’s cooperative strategy and available contract options alongside sales and marketing Research, evaluate & make recommendations for programs Maintain and monitor cooperative pricing Respond to cooperative RFPs in a timely and concise manner Develop relationships with cooperative partners and administer contract needs Proactively maintain internal systems and processes Review sold projects and service orders to ensure we meet criteria, respond to audits Report on and maintain internal databases for cooperative contract programs Track and report projects and fees to cooperative contract partners What you need to be successful: 4+ year college degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business Management.
Or related experience and/or training Experience in purchasing, procurement, and cooperatives is preferred but not required Ability to understand customer needs Build relationships with internal Team and outside partners/customers Take ownership of, provide definition to, and drive projects forward Juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines Enjoy working with diverse workloads – from focused & in-depth projects to quick popup needs Effective written and verbal communication skills Curious, look for solutions and better ways of doing things Organized with attention to detail Working knowledge of computers and needed software Who is Musco?
